Well, I work as a personal trainer on the side of my real job. Health and fitness is my passion. I recently found these boards but i love them thus far and would love to start a sponsored log to document my growth. I used to be a stand-out football and basketball player, then I began lifting to get stronger and remain healthy. I am trying to push my body to its limit.

WHY should we choose you ! !): I have been training since Jan. 08' and have seen some promising gains but as time as passed I have begun to plateau a bit. Currently, I'm cutting for the summer and will be lifting 5-6 days a week at LA Fitness. I think you should pick me because I'm dedicated to my logs and always train hard. I'm very consistent with my training and don't like to miss days in the gym, so you can rely on me providing you with a detailed log. Also, I'm determined to look awesome at my wedding this July! I want them therr abs showing!!!!

Monday- Chest and low intensity cardio

WHY should we choose you ! !): Seriously lifting for about 10 months, overall for about 18 (Not including lifting for sports, I mean on my own). I'm really serious, I just love to do it and maybe working to be some sort of fitness model.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Can seen some of this in my current log instead of righting it all out. But my split is Chest/Triceps Back/Biceps Shoulders/Triceps and Legs. I do Abs everyday for about 15 minutes or so .
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 10 minute Warm up. 10 minute cooldown. Offdays I run several miles as long as I feel well

Then moved to NO xplode at the advice of my friends, which dominated my stomach(the ****s like crazy). Green mag and White flood (I liked those 2 products). Animal Pak, solid Multi. Purple Wraath, my first BCAA product I had good results with. On Whey I also liked, Extreme Milk Chocolate is my favorite haha. A myriad of samples. And of course the supps Ive mentioned I take now.

25 2009. I loved It and can't wait to do it again. But I cant until I pack on about 15 lbs more muscle. For this show I came in at 163lbs and competed in the novice division placing 5th. I now want to compete in the middleweight open division. Being a Endomorphic Hardgainer this product would be perfect for me. WHY should we choose you ! !): I've been lifting since October when I went to college because I didn't have to pay extra for a gym membership. I was only 130 pounds so I started off doing just machines for 1.5 months, then I moved on to free weights. I just wanted to gain size. After a while I found out that I loved pushing more weight than gaining size, around March. In April I started Madcow's and I've been gaining lots of strength while losing some weight. My top weight was 155 back in February or March, but I've cut down to 145.5 and I'm continuing to cut fat while getting stronger. I plan to compete in powerlifting in the upcoming fall semester of college in the 148 weight class. Since it's the summer I have all the time I need to dedicate myself to training and dieting correctly, so it's the perfect time to do something like this. I don't have homework or exams to worry about, just training and some other hobbies I have. Also, you can tell from my training log that I write A LOT and try to be as detailed as possible. Supremacy seems to be perfect for me because I was going to run a Hx2/LeanFX (AI / cort-blocker) which Supremacy covers.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I'm on Madcow's 5x5 Intermediate. I just finished week 5 today and will be starting week 6 on Sunday. So, three days a week: squats every day, benching and rowing twice a week, deadlifting once a week, some assistance exercises here and there (as per the training program). Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): High protein, high fat, low carbs. Usually 40% for each protein and fat and 20% for carbs. I end up with 1800-2200 calories a day, possibly going to be lower when I can cut the excess carbs out of my diet. I track my caloric/nutrient intake on sparkpeople so I can accurately say what my diet is.
Goal (Bulk, Cut, or Recomp): Cut while increasing strength
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: Zyrtec for allergies during allergy season and ibuprofin whenever my shoulder acts up.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Protein (staple), creatine (quit because I wanted to lose weight, I couldn't have the extra water weight), beta alanine (staple), Animal Flex (staple now, because I had some problems with my left shoulder and I occasionally have joint pains). I ran a MaxOut/XFactor log link below) that I had to end early because of my joints, so that's when I started with Animal Flex. Other than that, I have a lot of products on hand that I want to test out, like Mass FX, Hx2, Lean FX, Activate Xtreme, and Stoked. I had planned on starting a Lean FX / Hx2 run next week, but if I can do Supremacy then I'd definitely do it.
