Beef jerky is a low quality protein mainly because of the processing it takes to create. Dehydration salt sugar smoke etc...
Plus only the absolute worse cuts of meat are turned into jerky (commercially at least)

"When we're in the gym, we're in this indescribable euphoria zone. It's a feeling of being on, of being completely alive and aware. If you haven't been there, then it's like trying to describe color to a person who's been blind since birth. Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."

Who actually rates this, the supplement company or a bodybuilder?
I would think eating steak and a dehydrated version is greater than a dehydrated dairy goo with stuff add and taken out. Less processing involved and keeping the enzymes and other nutrients in.
whole foods > supplement
I and many people get gas from whey and not from jerky, if that is an indication of digestibility.

Sodium is the only bad thing. If you make your own beef jerky then it can be good. Sodium is only bad in that it can raise blood pressure and makes you retain water. Other then that, eat up but I wouldn't be pounding down a ton but for a snack or two daily, I see no issue.
I Rep back always. Put it in comment.
500+ will 100% get repped back.
