You heard it fellas... testing out Animal's "Project C". Wanted to throw a quick thanks to the Animal guys for giving me the opportunity. Here we go...
Name: Josh
Age: 18
Current Weight: 186
Current BF%: Around 15%
Background:
I'm halfway through a cut, down 10 lbs and I'm lookin' great. I haven't been using a fat burner, just keeping my diet extremely clean and doing tons of cardio. I've got 6 weeks left before I'm headed down to Texas (I'm not competing or anything, I've just set it as my goal to impress some southern girls, and myself) so June 24th will be the final day of my cut.
Training:
Monday - Chest/Abs/Cardio
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Legs/Cardio
Thursday - Arms/Cardio
Friday - Off
Saturday - Shoulders/Cardio
Sunday - Back/Cardio
I do an hour of cardio on days that I lift. I'll most likely step this up in the final three weeks.
Diet:
5-7oz Chicken or lean beef
1/3cup nuts
1 cup veggies(sometimes.. I try to avoid the extra carbs but I need the fiber)
This is mostly what my meals consist of. I'll usually try and eat meals 4 times a day, then the other 3 times I'll have a shake and peanuts.
I'll post up pics and measurements soon. Hope you'll come along for the ride. Feel free to ask any questions.
"Life is hard. It chews you up, spits you out; it even ****s on you for good measure. But **** that, you deal with it. The isolation. The doubts. So why do you do it? Fame? Glory? Getting some ass? That's just the icing... You do it because you got something to prove to yourself. This life, this trip, this journey... It's about enlightenment. It's about looking destiny square in the eye, grabbing hold of it, and not letting go." - Frank McGrath

Project C is already proving to be a great supplement. My energy and focus were very high in the gym today. I felt very determined and went into each set ready to own the weight. I also felt somewhat euphoric. It had me going into the gym happy and in a great mood which always helps my lifting sessions. Cardio was easy mode. I had RIDICULOUS pump. It was getting to the point where I couldn't even get full ROM on curls because my forearms and biceps were so pumped. I'm definitely looking forward to running this product now and in the future!(hopefully)

I'm not positive that that's the exact purpose of the product, but I wouldn't recommend stacking it with pump since there are stimulants in both products. I would talk to one of the animal guys about it and i'm sure they'll let you know. I can't release any other information about the ingredients.. sorry!
