I usually use Gatorade, but 4 servings only brings my carb count to 28Grams. Arizona Ice Tea has like 14G of Carbs and its in a 5 serving bottle. Thats like having 70Grams of carbs but is this considered a Fast Digesting or Slow Digesting Carb? I did a google search but I didnt receive much valuable information using it...

Just repped both yall. I found the ingredients in one version of the Arizona Ice Tea, but I have to check mine at home. They all problably have Maltodextrin and I'll be using this for post workout along with protein drinks. Thanks
