    Angry I injured my shoulder what is the best thing to do be sdies taking few weeks off.

    HEY ALL I INJURED MY SHOULDER I WOULD APPRECIATE TI IF YOU GUY COLDNT HELP ME OUT A LIL . I DONT KNOW HOW I DID IT BUT I THINK I DID IT WHEN I WAS DOING BARBELL SHURGS, THE PAIN ISNT THAT Excruciating BUT IT HURTS FAIR BIT. I HAVE BEEN PUTTING SPECIAL CREAMS ON IT AND HAVING HOT WATER BOTTLE ON IT. WHAT IS THE BEST THING TO DO INORDER TO MAKE IT BETTER.

    I just got back from break and my "rotating cuff" has been acting up.
    Best Thing i have found is stretch it and rub Deep Heat on it.
