It depends on how much experience you have and what your workout looks like.

Depends when you work them. If it's after chest and shoulders then not many. If it's on their own you may want to do a little more. You're question needs more details.

You can't go wrong with 6-9 sets for smaller muscle groups (biceps, triceps) and 9-12 sets for larger muscle groups (legs, back etc.). If you're really experienced you can even do more of course.

Merkava has some good advice. Don't overwork your triceps, as they get worked by several different muscle groups.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Depends on what your split is too. How many days a week do you workout and what body parts are split up in those days?

that is the worst advise you can tell someone its either you overload your tricep and grow or not bench is not enough to stimulate growth its a walk in the park for triceps they are muscle that are used alle the time so they are more adapted to trainning so more harder to grow them you need to put some serious stress and tension on your tricep and do more sets i do triceps once per week i do 15 sets min

Your overworking them if your doing 15 min. Muscles grow outside the gym not inside.
