Hey all i just want to make sure if im right. some people have calves and some people dont its all genetics, im one of those guys who dont have big calves i waswondering woudl my calves grow at all coz i workemout and they dont seem to grow, well thats how i feel. feel free to give advice i would appreciate it alot if u guys knows good/hardocre workout for cavles coz i hear that you have to work them really hard to grow
