Precision Engineered Milk & Egg Protein Powder?
Hi im new to the whole thing so i need abit of help i found this protein powder [ http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...l.asp?pid=1696 ] and i want to know if its 'good' as its one of the more cheaper powders out there. Is the powder natural like it says under the flavour or is that just a marketing gimmick and its only the 'name' of the flavour?

Natural is just the flavor. The simplest thing is to see that it contains an artifical sweetener (sucralose). If you care about that or not is up to you.
As far as the product itself... it is interesting that the cassein and egg protein are listed before the whey protein. Usually, the whey isolate (which is good post workout) would be listed first. So this product has more slow digesting proteins.
It is reasonably high in protein at least (16grams protein / 21 gram serving = 76%), so not lots of fillers.
All-in-all, you could do a lot worse. At full price, it probably wouldnt be my first choice for a post workout shake, but since you are new and want to just try something out, that sale price is pretty good.
