im not using weights with them...so i think it would be safer to do more, but i would like to ask at least first so i don't risk anything. i saw a video of someone with a nice six pack saying that he does abs every day, and does them til he cannot do anymore. then when he wakes up the next morning his abs are usually sore, then he works them out again.
also, i heard someone like usher or someone (don't know exactly) did like 3,000 crunches and situps for a couple of months straight to get a nasty six pack for a music video.
so, is it possible to like tear something or just not even be able to move if i work my abs too much? im thinking about just doing crunches, then reverse crunches, then other types of ab workouts until i can't do them each anymore. and just take about 15 minute breaks in between...
thoughts?

its possible to tear them, but not usually from crunches. you've got to go from no work to alot of work to have the problem of not being able to get up. but i say use weights if you really want them to pop.

It isn't that they cant see the solution.
It is that they cant see the problem.
