Okay so if you can't seem to have your fat % high enough this will definitley help
I swear it tastes just like lucky Charms
Melt 1-2 tablespoon of butter
then mix Cinnamon (to taste) 1 packet splenda
and about 1 tablespoon SF Vanilla Creamer ( preferably Nestle Coffee-Mate)
and dip Pork Rinds in it
Don't knock it until you try it!

I thought this forum was supposed to be everything related to proper nutrition.
That is the least nutritious keto snack I've ever come across.
Don't let the "protein" in pork rinds fool you. Its keratin-like protein, the kind of tissue fingernails, skin, and hair are made out of. Its not good quality muscle building/retaining protein.
