    Deadlifts can = Testicle pain?

    I had big pains in my left testicle.

    Started smolov JR bench... It went away.
    Yesterday I did deadlifts after 3 weeks of not doing them (no pain)
    And today, my left testicle is hurting...


    There must be something associated with deadlifts.

    Anybody knows?

    I've had the same pains, but I did them anyway. Really only from heavy deadlifts and heavy squats.
