Yeah it would be nice if I had the space to get some of my own stuff, no room when i'm living with my parents :P Maybe when I get my own place with a double garage or a loft conversion, might look into building a home gym ^^,
My fear with a home gym, for me atleast is I think I would either procrasinate until I didn't do the workout, or overtrain.. definatley one of the 2!“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”

Week 6 Day 3
Welll, thus comes the end of week 6..
Squat 3x5 47.5kg
Bench 3x5 40kg
Deadlift 2x5 50kg
Overview
Well I found everything relativeley easy today, I felt stronger, a tempary thing I presume but still, I felt enpowered :P
The only thing is.. uhm, I seem to be in pain after my deadlifts, it happened on wednesday and today. On wednesday my lower back really hurt for about 24hours after the gym, when I went yesterday my lower back hurt for about 6hours? I'm not sure what it is, it's started hurting since I upped my DL weight but, I really can't imagine upping weights 2.5k would cause serious pain in my lower back, we will have to see though. I have the weekend to recover now..
In other news, I'm feeling ridiculously tired.. after finishing work at 7am this morning.. I'm now back up and have to be ready and in work at 3 this afternoon *yawns*“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”

Next week is week 8 (actually starts today) I'm upping my Squats, Rows and Shoulder press.. Definatley upping those weights.. I am gonna try throw another 2.5k on my bench too.. leaving my deadlift where it is atm because I don't think that can go up anymore just yet. I increased it last week. Gonna weigh myself at the end of this week of training and see if I am still 125lbs :P“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. Well My squats and bench went up as planned.. 2.5kg to them both, my benches especially were very difficult, on the last set. When I can do these comfy I will know for sure I am definatley getting stronger, am really looking forward to the day I am doing 42.5k as a warmup set, lol if that day ever comes
Threw it a few flys/rear delts whilst I was waiting for equipment, 47kg on both
Heading off to work.. 11-8 is just not the best shift in the world XD“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”

Week 9 Day 1
Well, after a dissapointing weigh-in at the end of week 8 I got major demotivated. I thought I would see atleast a small gain.. I had a talk with a workmate who is into bodybuilding and he advised me not to get disheartened, we had a convo about how my 1-meal a day + cereal/toast.. (can't do anything else atm, I work ridiculous work shifts) so I might be heading for some progain to help with the calories.. after some sulking I decided to look at this in a positive way, and now will be trying even harder when I hit the gym. This is sort of spurring me on to go that extra rep, or that xtra kg.
Anyway, Here's how today went, I decided to mix things up a little as I haven't been since friday.
[/i]All excersizes are machine-based today, the amount of ppl on the free weights was epic[/i]
Leg press 3x6 66kg
Shoulder Press 3x6 42.1kg
Lat Pull 3x6 59kg
Bench Press 3x6 52kg
Fly 3x6 59kg
Rear Delt 3x6 52kg
Leg press 3x6 66kg
Overview
Long story short, I felt like I was on fire inside the gym, and felt awesome when I came out“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”

Matey my meal routine is absolutely dreadful.. Basically I work in a casino.. a 24hr one.. which means I work all sorts of ridiculous shifts.. this means on work days (5days a week) My routine is as follows:
-Get up
-Breakfast (cereal/toast)
-Eat a big meal (Mom knows I only get 1 meal a day so she makes it big)
-Go to work
-Work do not supply a staff meal (well they do but it's dreadful) so I have to take my own.. this consists of 2 sandwiches.. (the sandwiches are my 2nd 'meal' of the day)
-When I come home it's normally early hours of the morning and I must get straight to bed. So I will eat cereal and/or toast.
On my days off work it's a different story, I get three big meals but.. this is only 2 days a week which is obviously no good, this is why I'm considering pro gain or some other calorie based shake.. I'm gonna do abit more research on it though before I buy any other supps, they're expensive :P“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”

Week 9 Day 2
Yeah dlt, I was thinking about taking a protein shake on a night with me, however.. not sure how this affects mass, I was thinking about getting some pro-gain or mutant mass instead of whey protein, need to do some more reading and stuff before I buy my next set of supps.
Leg press 3x6 66kg
Shoulder press 3x6 42.1K
Fly 3x6 59k
Rear Delt 3x6 52k
EZ Curl 3x6 12.5k(+bar)
Finding myself having more of an urge to explore the rest of the gym lately, I want to be varying my workouts to use more excersizes, to mix things up a little
As said above I am running out of whey protein powder to make my shakes so will be ordering a new set soon however, I'm not sure whether I should be getting more protein or a calorie based shake, such as progain or mutant mass. I'll probably make a post about this in the supps forum and see what the BB community advise
Won't be at the gym tommorow because I'm not getting in from work until 8am tommorow morning and the gym closes at 3.30 on a saturday.. which means I would need to be getting up @ 1.. = 5hours sleep, then 10hours awake before I even start my shift tommorow night -.- In short.. It's just not gonna be possible, will have to substitute the session with a home workout consisting of bodyweight and DB excersizes.“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. Week 9 Day 3
Well as I couldn't go to the gym today (see last post) I had to do a small home workout, this consisted of 3 super sets of Pushupsx20 and seated dips x15. First time I've done pushups in a long long time.. I didn't have much rest between the sets, like 10secs most.. and by the end of the 3 set I was pretty much dying, got a good pump in my biceps.. Had a cold shower after that, that was the best shower I have had in a while !
Looking forward to the start of week 10 on Monday!
Heading off to work now.. 9-6.. eww -.-“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
