I just read this great article and thought I'd pass it along.

    http://flattenyourabs.net/blog/?p=66#more-66

The author does a good job explaining the importance of the diaphragm with regards to a flat tummy.
I won't stop until I conquer my body and mind.

This week I have been uncomfortably bloated. I know its becasue I changed a few things in my diet. For me it takes about a week for my body to adjust. Even though I know many people on here are against this, I have been doing intense cardio for 30 minutes every day along with drinking green tea and apple cider vinegar 3x per day today I feel much better.

also I do not eat bread or pasta I haved resorted to the most bland carbs I can find which are brown rice and yams. Borring but yams seem the best for me.
