progress could have been better for 4 your (absolutely no hate at all bro)
But IMO you do look good, good size and definiton, reps once of charge man, nice work proving the thaters wrong and continuing on to reach your goal , thats usually where people start so slack off cause they feel they cant improve becuase someone put them down.
Whats the plan from now on? Little more definition, or gonig for more size?
What are your lifting stats like.★★★★★Aussie Supp Misc Family★★★★★

your right man, there was a dark period in my life where i did a lot of drinking and drugs, but i also still lifted. So after i got out of that 19-21 yrs old slump. i really started getting back into it.
my lifts are alright, when i started training i could bench 85lbs for barely 8 reps, the other day i did 275 for 2. Also yesterday i leg pressed 900 for three reps. I can also bench 120lb dbs, incline 115lb for reps. I can curl 65lb dbs for reps, and military 100's when my shoulder heals up.Trying to be the best I can be, without having to do my best.
