hmm contradicting posts... which one is correct.. because isnt white rice refined grain? so is white rice complex? I usually eat white.

White is not a simple carb. Not all refined grains are simple carbs, they simply stripped of some of their... complexity. But not entirely.Originally Posted by RtN
