    How to make cottage cheese taste better and Protein shakes can keep for long?

    Hope u guys can help me out i just started taking cottage cheese and MAN IT TASTE LIKE F*** any way to make it edible and is it possible to make my protein shakes at home and take it like 10hours later or sth cause i am schooling so if i add milk to it then drink it like 10hours later is it ok ?

    If you really can't stomach the taste of cottage cheese at all I recommend some Hot Salsa. It sounds weird but the combination is good and it'll completely mask the cottage cheese taste. Also I would try different brands of cottage cheese. You'd be surprised with the big differences each brand has in both texture and taste.

    This will taste like a reeses chocolate PB shake -

    1 Cup Fatfree Cottage Cheese (140/26)
    1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (130/25)
    1/2 Cup Liquid Egg Whites (60/12)
    1 Cup LowFat Vanilla Soymilk (60/6)
    1/2TBS Natty PeanutButter (45/3)
    2 Packets of Splenda

    ~425 Calories, ~70g protein. add more pb to taste better.

    its good with berries or melon if you like fruit

    also adding nuts is good

    Try blending it too.. makes the consistency a little better. I mix it with greek yogurt and blend it, then add some cinnamon or cocoa powder sometimes.. pretty good.. if you do that, then freeze it, it becomes kinda ice cream like
