Hey, so I generally leave my house at 7am in the morning and between working and studying for my cpa exam (professional exam) I don't get home until around 8pm. The whole day can be pretty darn long and stressful, and before I started cutting I'd have some wine when I got home to relax the nerves a bit. Now that I've banned alcohol I was curious if any of you had any suggestions of any supplements that could help me unwind at night. I've tried GABA before and think its ok, but it doesn't really sedate me at all or calm me down. I also drink tea at night and that helps a little. Any other ideas?
theanine serine look it up it has worked wonder for me, everynite i take the theanine serine, 2.5grams me;atonin, zma, and drink some warm chamomeal tea !!!!!!!!!!!!
Melatonin works for me. It knocks me out in about 45 min. I just started taking kava-kava with MRM Relax All, so I can't say anything about it yet. As a last resort, you can always crank one out.
