Just discovered the abercrombie workout and my goals are kinda like fitnessmodelish like those ppl on the top of the page(http://www.abercrombieworkout.com/fi...hase-one.html)..
well i'm in my third week of my push/pull/legs split and it's going fine(been increasing the weight each time), would you recommend me to jump over to the abercrombie workout or just keep doing my split? I mean, they kinda got a lot of mass(even though they're not huge ass hulk), so I guess it will still take a lot of time to bulk up that mass...
what's ur thoughts on it?
