The body doesn't always look exactly the same day to day.
Some days you could hold fluids and look puffy.
This could be from just from what you eat (sodium),stress or other factors.
Just keep on track to what your goals are and you'll hit that look your after.

I know what you mean. Some days I look in the mirror, and ask myself, "Do you even lift?"

Every other day! It’s tough. If this whole endeavor has taught me anything it’s that we are our own worst critics. Now I’m not huge by any means but bigger than the average. I always feel that I look like a skinny cat. There are 2 guys at work that tell me I have a problem with body dysmorphia. Even my wife thinks my obesssion is close to unhealthy. In the end though it’s people with our type of drive that get the results we’re after.

Post some progress pics if you want some unbiased opinions. It can be hard to judge yourself without attaching emotion to what you see.

I think a lot of people have felt at one time or another they got a little carried away with the table muscle.
