Just borrow anybody's ID, Medicare pics are grainy as **** anyways.
Look, bouncers couldn't give a **** if your ID is fake. Only reason they can't let you in, is if cops raid the place and catch you in there, they're ****ed. Unless you have a fake ID, then they're clean, and you're the one who's ****ed.

Ok bro. I've had like 5 IDs (some fake, some real from friends) since I was 17... I'm from Ontario but this is I can tell you.
Fake IDs that people personally make are CRAP. They don't work, everyone knows they are fake and if someone swipes it they can tell its fake and you're done. I've been caught. Bouncers didn't call cops on me but they just take the ID and you just waste $50-100 dollars.
Just get one from someone who is the same race as you. Don't even worry about if they look like you. I used to use someone who was 28. I only used that when they swiped because the swiping checks that the ID is over 19, so they only looked at the face. I also used one where a guy was very fat. This one worked really well as well. How do they know I wasn't fat 3 years ago.
As for bypassing bouncers. Get all your friends to go in front of you. This way, its a "yes ladder." Plus they don't want to lose business. Another trick is, right before they look at your ID, ask your friend "what's the cover?" This reminds them it's a business. Memorize everything on the ID. And when you give the ID, slowly start walking towards the club to make the bouncer hurry-up and only glance at the ID.
You can also figure out places that are known to be strict just by asking people around the area.

Using a real one from someone else is by FAR the best way to do it. Maybe you could ask a friend and offer to pay for a new one since they "lost" theirs. That way it scans and blacklights and actually IS a real ID.
