    "Farm" Workouts

Im looking for a lists of exercises that are weird moving object of everyday things.
    Some examples are:
    - sandbag throws
    - tire flips
    - wheelbarrel runs
    - tire runs
    - rope climbs

Im looking for as many as possible, trying to get a workout started but i need a couple more.
To add to the list keep it simple, sandbags, ropes, tires. Objects that are "weird" but still hard to lift and puts tole on cardiovascular system.

use a heavy sledge hammer and repeatedly swing it overhead( like you're chopping wood) into a large tractor tire

You gotta add "farmer's" walks dude.

Fill a big bucket with cement and have a bent metal rod sticking out of it for a handle. Pick them up in each hand and walk as far as possible.

Car pushing. Get a big ass truck, make like the engine won't start, and push that sucker where you want it to go.

Horseplay. Chase your dog around, wrestle with a friend, play football, pick up big boulders and see how far you can throw them(compete with someone). Excellent cardio, good fun, strengthens muscles you didn't know you had.

If you got sand bags, then get a platform of a good height, and put them up there and take them back down for reps. Gives you a STRONG back. If it's real high then it turns into an atlas stone type workout with a climbing aspect.
Two hands working do more than a thousand clasped in prayer.

Most of the problems with the bodies and minds of the folks occupying the current culture involve an unwillingness to do anything hard, or anything that they'd rather not do. I applaud your resolve, and I welcome you to the community of people who have decided that EASY will no longer suffice.

The human body is in an abnormal state when hard physical labor is removed from it's lifestyle.

Try tossing haybales up into a loft.

Also, don't underestimate how much a bunch of shoveling can raise your heart rate.
