I hate foods without the nutrition labels.

So I'm pretty fuc*ing hungry and I don't feel like to cook something special at 12:31 am. I found out that I have some Plain bagels with Parmesan Cheese but it doesn't have nutrition label on (God I hate when that happens). But it says that it contains Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malt barley flour, Niacin, Ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folid acid), Water, High fructose corn syrup, salt, yeast, wheat fluten, malt, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-diglycerides (datem), mono-diglycerides, enzyme, Ammonium chloride, Ascorbic acid, L. cystein parmesan cheese (cultured, pasterized part skim milk, salt, enzymes), Olive oil, cornmeal. Huh long damn list. Is it healthy to eat when currently trying to cut and lose some fat?

Depends how strict you are. Lots of people refuse to eat high fructose corn syrup and others say it's food, eat it.

Where do you live? I think nutritional labels are required on everything here.

Weird. Lucky being in Seattle, though. :P

But, yeah. There are definitely better options but a bagel won't kill you. Those sound pretty much like regular white bread. Nothing else to snack on?

Nope. Other chance is to eat some nuts but they have shi*loads of fat (tho those nuts are healthy, even label says so, recommended by the US heart association or whatever), same with scrambled eggs.
