Ok well ive taken creatine mono for like a year now from body fortress. I noticed that for some reason the water bloat I get from it usualy goes away. this may sound corny and all but i like the water bloat due to the fact my muscles get bigger lookin. Anyways for some reason im not retaining water as much. and then there are times it comes back but i noticed thats only when i get a brand new jar. i think it's because the air hits it or something probably thats my only guess to why its not working.
Ok now here is my questions. Is there a better brand than body fortress which will retain more water from creatine?
second question is there anything else i can take that can retain some water?
