Wow, I feel so motivated to go lift, yesterday, partner had to talk me out of lifting 6 days straight, but the break helped.
Its hard to monitor strength since I havent broke any PR, but I have been out of the gym for over a month, and right back to orginal weights, before I left so maybe its running.
ONly side effect I might be noticing so far:
dont know if I was a little dehydrated, very light headed, could have been the gym was super hot today.
2. Pelvis pain feels like a lot of pressure, or prostate pain, taking life support, but maybe I need to bump from 6pills to 8 a day.
checked b/p and still with in range 122/80
two lil pimples on face, but i get them sometimes

Ok, did arms today, will post results, but log book not with me. Got on scale before workout not the usually as soon as i wake up time, but the scale read 222 (+8), I know some of this is muscle memory, food from later in the day, and gg. No gg today, and will proably stop gg, until end of cycle, another note, bumped dosge to 40mg, today. I can tell b/f% is way up, will tape in the am, and post tomorrow.

a couple things id change. One, you could def bump up your dossages alot man. Youve got some weight on me and I ran pplex at 45mg and estane at 50mg with now problems ( not even any sides)
and for pct its good that you have a serm on hand, but you wont have to employ it. Id use the 6oxo, pct assist, and lean xtremme ( actually I AM using that pct starting next week lol)free agent.....

haha well i can tell you right now if you keep checking you nipples like that you WILL find something and freak out. Not gyno, just that if you play with your nipples that much they will get sore
nothing inparticualar to look for, just keep bp in check, lots of water, have taurine for back pumps ..... just the basicsfree agent.....

1st week wrap up
First week, kind of hard to judge, because I was off for a month, but within a day or two, I am lifting right back where I left off, so I guess its kicking in, we should see some big lifts in the next weeks, made the bump to 40mg on day 6, thinking about going to 50mg, after this week, depends on sides. Can notice product is wet, up 8lbs, in 7 days, if I read this wouldnt believe, but tried to scales same results.
Never posted my routine, its tricky

So, its 2 on 1 off, with chest or back after rest, and rotation of arms, shoulders, and legs, should switch up at week 4 to stay fresh

week 2 end, week 3 began
Ok, first finishing up the solo p-plex,
bw-225lbs
Mood- The on cycle anger has kicked in, get pissed easy, or it may be my boss is horrible, which I get mad at if I was on birth control
Lethragy- I am tired as hell untill I hit the gym, Deadlift 425x4 today, could have did more, maybe, then realized the entire gym was looking at me.
Apperance- I look huge in clothes, chest up looking good, but can see the water on my waist, and lower back, rare do I put water back there, but hopefully the e-stane, will take care of that.
Libido- Ready to hump a pillow near you. No Homo.
Sides- Just started getting pumps, forgot about taurine for like 3 days, went for a lil 2 mile run, and with deads, had the worst back and calf pumps ever, reminder to start taurine again. Lethragy, other than that no sides.
Pros- Feel, and looked pumped all day, strength really nice, wish I was doing this earlier, not after a comeback from injury, but back up to my top lifts in 2 weeks, so hey its working.
Cons- so far, no sides, B/p in check, just the water i am holding in the waist.
Today, started E-stane, at 30mg, should bump up after I get use to it, still running P-plex at 45mg.
