I wanna look like Christian Bale in American Psycho

Kind of lame, but I just watched this movie and I really want to look like him. It sounds pretty stupid...but whatever.

What do you guys think his weight is? A height of 6ft 0.5inch

He's not even that big , just really low BF and his abs look ripped.

The book is fictional..as in not real, the book wasnt based off of christian bale.

But check out his transformation for two different movies...

First is the machinist where he plays some insomniac machine worker (about 90lb-120lb):

Then to batman, at about 200lb:

    not sure the time frame..

There was a quick turnaround between the machinist and batman... but let's face it, like the majority of male hollywood actors, he would have had access to steroids, full time trainer, nutritionist etc

but srsly, i wouldn't say it would have been AS hard as a normal citizen to do that because he would have full access to the best of the best trainers, all the time in the world to workout, perfect diet prepared by multple chefs, blah blah blah

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

The character does roids in the book...how does that mean that Christian Bale's body in the MOVIE comes from roids? Wtf are you guys talking about?

i am probably going to get flamed my ass off for bumping a 2 year old thread, but I came across this link a couple weeks ago and wanted to ask if it's genuine or not, and is there an official workout for Bale's body in American Psycho? I would totally love looking like he did in that movie, but I must confess my height is a bit above 3 inches lower so don't think that's possible...

Here's the link with workout and diet: bigtop10.com/christian-bale%E2%80%99s-patrick-bateman-american-psycho-workout-and-diet.html

Sound a bit farfetched I mean 7 egg yolks for breakfast? Is his liver still alive?

That does sound like a good workout, but doesn't seem legit. Christian Bale's a pretty private person and doesn't publish a lot of stuff about his private life. But for 180 and 6-7 BF that workout sounds solid.

    Seriously.....

First time I've seen this and obviously late but Jamesggg is a jackass. The Machinist was released in 2004 and Batman Begins was released in 2005. Christian Bale went from 120lbs to 220lbs in MONTHS, then Christopher Nolan said he needed to drop weight to get to the right size so he went to about 180lbs. Get your facts straight.
