I took all of last week of from training and diet.
This sort of thing every couple of months get rids of all these little aches and pains. Also make my muscles look fuller.

Strength Increasing. Everything is moving along. I am reading to go heavy soon to establish progress /regress
Body Comp My weight is 218 @23.7%. . Diet still sloppy
Sleep 10/10 - Sleep is great!
Recovery 10/10 - Excellent. I am able to hit a muscle group twice within a week
Vascularity Starting to feel a slight pump during working hours.
Muscle Hardness 10/10 -No change from last week.
Pain I experience very lil pain from shoulder while working out. Decline bench pressing however kind of bothers me. Pain is momentary and is gone after set

My Perspective As it is hard to judge a book by its cover, It is equally hard to determine a supplement effects on workouts after one bottle. I have been running BLUEPRINT Solo. Therefore I have noticed certain effects. Mainly these have been in my sleep patterns ie.
1) Increased ability to fall asleep
2) Ability to sleep through night and /or to fall back asleep once awakened.
3) My knee is starting to respond better~Now this could be placebo effect or It could be time healing factor. I still get frequent buckles but not much buckle in the buckling if u know what I mean.
I look forward to continue this log with the second bottle and consquently a third and maybe a forth. Additional effects of Blueprint / The dirty side
I have taken BLUEPRINT approximatly 1 week on then 2 weeks off due to tragedy. 2 weeks on and then 1 week off due to work issues. This funny schedule has caused me to notice an interesting occurance.~Now it might just be me I don't know~Waste removal while on BLUEPRINT is exellent ! Especially with a high protein diet~not to be expicit ~I do not get any submarines. I usually take BLUEPRINT first thing in morning about 20-30 minutes prior to my protein shake. BLUEPRINT does cause a lil bit of warmth in digestive tract it's noticable but not uncomfortable. I also smell it when iI sweatNo Blood No Sweat No Tears No Pain

Observations and LULZ
Feelin sore from chest workout Thursday and immediate soreness from Friday's leg workout.
I am noticing a pumped throughout the day. A customer sister commented on my physique. She thought I needed to eat dinner or sosmething and then mentioned I had a big chest and small arms. I replied "I am not the only one sporting a big chest' she then said " I look like I wanted one" I politely left before she attacked me. She had been watching me strip the deck to the point I felt uneasy. She also downed about 3 shots of 1800 silver as convo was taking place. She also asked if my worker and I were making any donations?????? NOTTT!!!!No Blood No Sweat No Tears No Pain

I really dont know what has changed , but tonight the tanita told me I was 215 @15% bf
For the first since Feb when I bought this stupid scale I am below 20% What gives now I look the same., I feel the same. I weighed other users thereweight and BF are the same. I ate and it went up .2 % . That is a radical change in over a day's time and for me to look and feel the same.
