My One week Review
As stated before I am using Blueprint stand alone. No Ultima which I really miss and cant wait to do a full review on. No fat burners, ZMA, Nitric Oxide products no nada. Well the exception is Bcaa's.
Well the week I did take the product I had hurt my back doing deadlifts and my shoulder was previously hurt from doing improper heavy floor presses or safety presses in the smith machine. A close review of my pictures will indicate the bone in my left shoulder is partially sticking out higher than normal. My back is feeling 99% better~it has been close to two weeks. Shoulder hurts here~n~there. Will it affect my lifts -will be determined.
One of the claims/aspects of Blueprint/Agmatine that I found interesting is the ability to enable faster healing. Although I am not X-pecting Wolverine's healing abilities, I am hoping to see/feel a discernible effect along these lines~~really hoping . Got ma fingers crossed on this one fellas.
Well let me get on to the things I did notice. I apologize that I did not log workouts and cardio as it happened but I had A few things on my plate.
BLUEPRINTS EFFECTS I'VE NOTICED
1)While performing Cardio it takes a long time to burn calories
I performed cardio for 1.27 min and only burned 277 cal @60 % fat Max HR 117 Avg was 87
Second Cardio Session was 60 min 302 cal 55% fat Max HR 150 Avg 102
My usual burn is 10 min =100 calories. On fat burners its usually 20-30 % higher~I think due to the stims in product~
2)I am now between the fluctuating range of 210-213 @21 bf after first week. Which I am still holding at NOTE I haven't taken Blueprint close to two weeks now untill this morning. My previous weight was fluctuating between 215 -219 @23% bf
3)I fell asleep a lot easier. I would lay down for a quick rest ~~an after work before gym nap ~~and that would be all she wrote for the night. This happened 3 days which irratated the piss out of me because I missed my workout.
I look further to continuing this log and noticing more things. All measurements are taken on tanita sport electrical impeadance scale. Heart rate and workouts are tracked & monitored by Polar f6 heart rate monitor unit.

Another short but good workout.
This is a significient workout. Shoulder pain was negligible but noticable. First time doing so much weight on Free weights and I am pretty sure final Lift value are PR's. I plan on increasing weight
and reps as log progresses.

MUSCLESPEED is working out great. In 6 weeks, I lost 2.5 inches of my waist but only 6.6 lbs. I've been running distance and whenever I do that, my legs gain size. I'm not complaining! But my life is upside-down at the moment. Too many things are competing for my time and attention. I'm still moving forward though.
Baby girl has been sick for 2 weeks. She's ok, but her tummy and sinus could be better. Things are improving but a sick child keep parents very occupied and worried.
You know, maybe the physical break did your body some real good. Tendons can take a while to recoup, and your body was probably doing some necessary repairs. Seems to me your ready for the next peak phase!Accelerative Nutraceuticals

Excellent losses I understand everything competing for time and attention. I have a business to run and then my three year old daughter, my son my girl and my other girls
all vying for att. I want to work out . Just running business now is exhausting.
Been there !Hope she gets better soon. They almost always do! Remember that,
know when they are miserable we are also. Every lil scrap and every lil boo boo pulls at our heart
I hope so I am ready to take it up a notch. My strength is up surprisingly. It seems like my knee is getting better also. I can run a lil bit , and noticing some muscle coming back to my knee area which is very encouraging. When I get the money I am still going to have an M.R.INo Blood No Sweat No Tears No Pain

5/6/09~No workout
Kind of upset that I missed my workout yesterday. Was fixing on truck Intake manifold cracked cost 500$ to get it fixed
but having it down cost me 1100
. It's fixed now going to be going to gym later. Tommorow will be my second week on blueprint

Strength Undeterminable. I have had some surprising strength in the Bench Press area. I had been doing safety presses in the Smith machine prior to starting Blueprint and some of the strength from these might have caried over to my raw benching
2cd WEEK REVIEW
Body Comp My weight is up and BF is down. Upon flexing I am look like I am getting a lil more defined. I am going to be cleaning up my diet for the duration of this log. I have been pretty sloppy with it this weekend pizza,subs,chicken wings, and other such garbage
Sleep 10/10 - Sleep is great! Once I lay down it is so eay to drift off, and once sleep it is difficult to wake if it hasn't been at least 4 hours.
Recovery 10/10 - I haven't experienced any soreness DOMS since starting Blueprint.I thought I would surely experienced at least a lil bit since it has been 2 weeks since had a solid workout.
Vascularity N/A
Muscle Hardness 10/10 -My muscles seem to be a lot harder. Seems like I have the big S on my chest.
