Sorry for the delay
I would like to apologize to everyone about the delay or derailment of everything. My Father was intentionally hit by a car and killed. I had to deal with getting funeral and closing out his affairs which is a pretty hard and time consuming Job. Very taxing emotionally, physically and mentally.....sooo I really need to get back to the gym which is a lil bit of where I get my sanity from. Dealing with tragedy and then not having an outlet~working out~was really tuff. However I pesevere and look forward to getting back in my routine. Lol !!! this thread should be renamed Marco's getting his groove back with Blueprint. Where do I start ?................................................. .................................................. .........................................At the gym I guess. I should be back on tommorow with the regular logging.
