Anabolic Support Nutrient Partitioner Featuring Agmatine!
Blueprint features the ingredient Agmatine. As a metabolic byproduct of Arginine, Agmatine goes beyond Arginine and works its wonders by stimulating the release of pituitary hormones such as Leutinizing Hormone (LH) and Growth Hormone (GH). Agmatine is an intermediate in polyamine biosynthesis.
Blueprint also integrates R-ALA (r-alpha-lipoic-acid) with Agmatine because it is an antioxidant, and it is also a very effective supplement for anabolic and ergogenic effects.
BLUEPRINT Key Product Features:
Goes Beyond Arginine, with The Revolutionary New Breakthrough Compound -Agmatine!
Dramatically Improves, body composition and muscle fullness
Keeps muscles pumped and full around the clock
Stimulates The Release of Pituitary Peptide Hormones, LH and GH!
Supports an Anabolic Environment
Modulates Nitric Oxide
Stacks well with CLOUT? and BODYOCTANE? for MASS and Performance and VAPORIZE? and SCORCH? for leanness and well being
Here is where I learned a lil bit of info on agmatine

A lil background info:
I have just recently finished a 40 day cut, which included calorie restrictions and intensive workout schedule. In the next 40 days I will still continue in overall goal I first set off with , and that is transforming my body. However I will not be concerned with with so much as my weight but bodyfat percentage. The only measuring tool I have for that is a tanita sport scale that uses electrical impeadance. Where as this might not be a 100% Accurate I can still guage progress and regress. I am looking forward to logging this supplement as I have heard and read a lot of good things about it. I am starting this log with left shoulder pain that happened 3 weeks ago during safety presses as I like to call them. To much shoulder during bench press + heavy weight + noob lifter=injured lifter. I will overcome this obstacle . I hope BLUEPRINT makes it easier. I do believe that is one reported quality of agmatine. I will start this promptly Monday morning as I still have a few lifts to complete to get my starting numbers. Thank you

Begining Measurements
Tommorow I start taking Blueprint. My weight today was 220@20.3% Bf. The lowest its been in a long time. My begging measurements were taken today. It was about 2 hours after waking and cold.
[center]L quad 21 1/2~~~~~~R quad 21 1/4
*right knee has been injured in slip~n~fall this past summer and is not developing the same as left*
L calve 15~~~~~~R calve 14 3/4
L bicep 13 1/2~~~~~~R bicep 13
L Forearm 9 3/4~~~~~~R Forearm 9 1/2
43 3/4 chest
39 1/2 waist also down with bf
*reads 40 1/2 after a day of eatingnomnomnom
41 Hip
all other numbers are same as listed in
Hopefully I can get symetrical by the end of this log
~Personal goal~I like symetry. Everything I build is usually equal on all sides~patios, walkways, etc.
I really dont understand how measurements could be so different from a few days ago.
I will set a specific time to take measurements from henceforth.
My weightlifting journal is in car so I will list lifting strengths by the morow.Last edited by marcodeniro; 04-12-2009 at 08:57 PM.

Baseline
Deadlift 2 @335lbs
Squats 5@ 250lbs
I've gone heavier but these were great form a lil past parallel
cybex Leg press 7 @820Lbs
Benchpress 8@200 lbs
Free weight. Performed a couple of weeks ago. Haven't done lately because I have been nursing a sore shoulder.
DB Incline 2 @75 lbs
DB curl 6 @45lbs
Seated military press 4@115lbs
Clean & Press 1 @160lbs
I have a lot more stats but I listed the main ones. I keep a written journal to chronicle my journey gains and losses. Its funny how a couple of weeks off can affect your lift.
I have been taking blueprint since Monday. In the middle of lifting monday I pulled a muscle in my back~deadlifting~ I bent over a lil to much on returning weight. I have been doing cardio . I am wondering if I should continue the use of Blueprint while I heal. My diet has been alright . I am careful of what I eat . I have allowed myself to enjoy an occasional soda and what not .Last edited by marcodeniro; 04-15-2009 at 11:25 AM.

I been rubbing Bengay on it . My girl put her palm flat on my spine ~lumbar area~and pushed and POP . it was Pretty loud . It felt much better afterward . I think I am falling a part. Years of neglect . I am still wary and will rest it till it feels better. I will try other lifts ? Hopefully The healing aspect of blueprint helps speed my recovery. lol

Hey Blitz . Got your PC fixed. I have to get mine serviced soon . I think I have the conflictor.Anyways good to have you. I have been taking it food as directions say.
SPECIAL NOTE
Morning cardio on arctrainer I did approximatly one hour of LISS . Of course my back was hurting. However I did find it strange that I only burned 180 something calories.I usually burn that in 15 min of LISS. My back begin to feel much better. I powerwashed all day and even picked up both washers. So I am happy about that. Well to later PEACENo Blood No Sweat No Tears No Pain

Take it as soon as you wake up in the morning. I have my bottle next to my bed. dosing 30 minutes before food allows maximal secretion of peptide hormones. If you do cardio in the AM, it can help to clear blood sugar and promote optimal fat burning..just make sure you dont go hypoglycemic..
Take it every day, first thing in the AM
