After new findings on Saw Palmetto...I would advise against it. Unless you already have problems with BPH there is no reason to use Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto actually hasn't shown to be anything special in recent studies...there was no discernable difference between the placebo controlled group and and the saw palmetto group in a double blind study. Also, Saw Palmetto can actually make you more susceptible to health related issues if your taking it and already healthy.
LIV 52 is fine for on cycle. I advise to use Pumpkin seed extract or oil...stay away from saw palmetto. Do some searching on pumpkin seed extract and you'll understand why I am giving you that advice.

No, there's not any benefits re gains with either dosing method. The ONE is going to work either way.
Excessive drinking can affect the liver AS WELL AS affecting gains (and yeah, if you were going to do this, then you're wasting your time training anyways). 1-2 drinks wouldn't cause that kind of damage (and red wine would be the best, as it has anti-estrogenic effects), but I wouldn't recommend 1-2 drinks a night. However, better to do EVERYthing right, and err on the side of caution.
That's fine. But please DO make sure that you have read ALL the threads that contain information on The ONE FIRST!Writer • Athlete • Coach

Loggers (sponsored or unsponsored) have not reported any hair loss, even those who are prone to male pattern baldness. This thread: Any reports of hair loss? has loggers feedback on this issue.
The ONE would be an excellent product to use for gaining mass and strength. It just depends what you want, etc.

Ok i made my choice and went with the following stack.
Applied Nutriceuticals The ONE+2nd Gear Combo Pack $55.95
Applied Nutriceuticals Drive Overdrive, 240 caps $51.95
Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2, 240 caps $48.95

Applied Nutriceuticals NeoVar, 110 Caps $13.95
Planetary Formulas? Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000mg Full Spectrum?, 45 softgels $5.95
i got all my stuff from ***************** since every product on bb.com was greatly overpriced.
anyways im gonna run 4caps a day for 4 weeks, on the last week i guess im gonna have to run 3 caps the last 2 day, since this product only has 110caps.
i was also thinking about taking Activiate Xtreme right after my PCT is done. what ya guys think??? mods feel free to also coments.

During your cycle I would run The ONE, Bio-Mend, and the NeoVar.
I would start out at 3 caps daily, and move onto 4 caps if you feel the need to.
Start Drive at the beginning of the last week of your cycle.
Do NOT use the Pumpkin Seed Oil DURING your cycle, as it is a 5AR inhibitor. However you should use it during PCT, as it works as an AI, increases NO synthesis, strengthens pelvic floor muscles, and regulates the prostate to keep it in good health.
During PCT, run 2nd GEAR, Drive, IGF-2, Bio-Mend, NeoVar, and the Pumpkin Seed Oil.
Activate Xtreme would be fine to run once PCT is done.Writer • Athlete • Coach

did some research, looks like i'm only going to the doctor if it doesnt start to clear up on its own. read it usually clears up on its own in 2-5 days, but if it gets worse i'll have to pay a visit. For those wondering, I only know I have strept because I got a phone call from someone close to me telling me they just found out they had it.

Well, I've been on the stack for a while
I hit a personal best 550lb squat last week
i am doing a run of 585lb 1/4 squats with 315 deep squats after, then some high rep leg press/ext supersets to try and shock a little size outta my legs before tightening up the diet too hard to get the 6 pack back
overall, very pleased with the results, not a lot of weight gain, but strength definitely went way uplift big 2 get big

Not trying to pimp another one of my products per se, but I SWEAR that Bio-Mend is the ultimate cure for everything. The superfood extracts really jack up your immune system, and FAST. Twice now I've started to come down with something, I mega-dosed Bio-Mend (8 / day) and stopped whatever it was in its tracks. Every year for the past 5 years I've gotten the "crud" really bad in late Jan / Early Feb. Like clockwork it started coming on this year, and Bio Mend stopped it too. Plus, I made it to Cancun and back a week ago (we were that for a week) and did not contract the Swine Flu despite warnings not to go shopping in crowded markets like we did. (NO SWINE IN '09!!!) It's cheap, too.

There is no way to be sure that the reduction in serum DHT can be due to the stoppage of conversion of testosterone to DHT via 5-AR and there being some kind of other competitive interaction with DHT in the bloodstream.
The main MOA of finasteride is to block the conversion of DHT, but there is some competitive inhibition, as shown in some studies. Finasteride competes with (at least to a certain extent) and blocks DHT from binding with the AR, at least in the prostate- and this is what I told him- does this carry over to skeletal muscle? It very well could- and, if it does, then it would very competitively interact w/ and keep DHT-derivatives from binding.
Plus, why risk it?Former Prez, Applied Nutriceuticals - now just lurking...
