Finally, after months of unexpected delays, I am very happy to announce that Core Nutritionals is bringing you two new flavors of Core ABC: Lemonade and Wild White Cherry!
I think our Grape and Fruit Punch are second to none among BCAA/intra/pre/etc powder taste, but the reason why I am so excited about these new flavors is because we eliminated all artificial dyes that other BCAA products on the market contain. From now on, all new flavors will be dye free. We also switched to sucralose and A-K from aspartame not because there is any problem with aspartame at all (unless you suffer from a rare genetic disorder) but because the people have spoken and there is a (unwarranted) negative connotation associated with aspartame.
An awesome product just got even better! For those of you who are unfamiliar with Core ABC, here is the writeup:
Proper supplementation before and during workouts can significantly improve performance. That's where Core ABC comes in. Core ABC is ideal whether bulking up or slimming down. It was specifically designed to improve performance by building muscle, preventing catabolism (muscle loss), increasing endurance; and assisting recovery.
Core ABC uses the most effective, established ratio (2:1:1) of branch-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine), to improve recovery and build muscle. Glutamine is included to help keep the body in a muscle-building state during training, while beta-alanine and citrulline malate are included in liberal amounts to help improve endurance Beta-alanine reduces lactic acid buildup and increases skeletal muscle carnosine levels, while citrulline malate reduces lactic acid buildup and ammonia concentration, at the same time increasing nitric oxide (NO) and ATP production.
Core ABC should be taken before and during training, but can also be taken at other times throughout the day to maximize its effectiveness.
A - 10 grams of branch-chain Amino Acids Leucine (5 grams), Isoleucine (2.5 grams), and Valine (2.5 grams) to enhance recovery and build muscle by helping promote protein synthesis. The amino acid Glutamine is also included to help maintain a positive nitrogen balance during intense training.
B - 2.5 grams of Beta-Alanine, which has been shown to increase skeletal muscle carnosine levels that delay the onset of fatigue and enhance endurance by reducing lactic acid buildup and increasing aerobic efficiency.
C - 2.5 grams of Citrulline Malate to reduce lactic acid and ammonia concentrations while increasing nitric oxide (NO) and ATP production.
Whether bulking up or slimming down, the most can be gotten out of workouts when performing at optimal efficiency, and the ingredients in Core ABC are ideal for maximizing exercise performance and aiding recovery.
I'm looking to give away two free tubs of the each flavor for people to log.

My logs are extemely detailed (I have been repped with people saying they have never seen anything so detailed) and I am very observant, not only this but I have alot of experience with supplements, including Intraworkout products. I know what works, I know what makes a good supplement. I am also very interested in the benefits Cit. Mallate may provide in training.
My training regime is extremely taxing on a calorie deficit, and I really need to find the ultimate products to help me achieve my goal.
Cheers.Last edited by Striver; 04-06-2009 at 04:19 PM.

WildWhiteCherry FTW!
Age:18
Gender:Male
Weight:160
Training experience: Lifting for a little over a year now. I started lifting at 17, wished I started earlier, and plan to be lifting for the rest of my life.
Current Training Goals:
Lose body fat and keep as much muscle as possible. This would defiantly help me with that
Training Schedule/Protocol:In the midst of finding out what works for me, I'm doing a low volume routine. It goes like this:
Monday=Pull
Wed=Push
Friday=Legs
*For larger body parts 2 exercises, smaller ones 1 exercise. Rep range in 8-12. When 12 reps can be completed bump the weight up 5 lbs. Progress is made every week, be one more rep or a 5lb. increase in weight.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol:
At the beginning of my cut I did no cardio besides the exercise in my workout routines. This worked well until I switched over to a lower volume routine. I now am doing cardio 3 times a week on a heavy bag. Once it starts getting warm out I will start running.
Current Supplements:

Please provide links to other logs you have kept:
Muscle Pharm--Shred Matrix, Assault, Combat
3 month Cut Log
Ultimate Nutrition--adreNOline
Tell me why I should select YOU?
I first started taking Amino Acid products at the beginning of my cut (a lil over 3 months ago) to preserve muscle mass. I am happy that I started taking them. I still have some BF that I would like to use and will continue to use Amino Acids throughout the rest of my cut and even after that. Even though I haven't been taking Amino Acids that long, I have had a fair amount of experience with them. I would be able to compare this product to other products on the market similar to this. When I find a product that I really like, I usually stick to buying it. I believe this would be a great opportunity to be able to try a new BCAA product and possibly be able to keep it in my list of products that I use on a daily basis. Thank you for your time and if there is anything else, just ask..

Tell me why I should select YOU? I'm a student doing my co-op at Huf's boxing gym in Mississauga, it would benefit me GREATLY because i'm on a low-carb diet with intense training from boxing plus weight lifting and cardio. IT would help me preserve muscle and potentially create an anabolic enviroment for NEW muscle growth which is crucial in a cut. I work there 5 days a week so theirs no excuse to workout !Last edited by blinkingliights; 04-06-2009 at 06:36 PM.
