First of all let me say that those are some pretty generic symptoms.
Secondly, I do not believe that even if you tested your T levels and they where low, you would have gotten to the root cause.
Finally, it is far more likely that stress or a nutritional issue is causing you to have all of those symptoms.
--------------------
It seems pretty common around here that people show up with "ED" when they have any type of eating disorder or they obsess over eating low-fat diets. Too little fat, cholesterol, will drop your T. Too little calories (if you are trying to loose weight) and high exercise, and your energy levels will crash.
I do not really understand it myself, but this is something I have observed here. I have never had a problem with such issues, and my guess is that you have to eat pretty much a super restrictive fat and calorie diet and overtrain like hell to get to that point.
My personal experience also tells me that sometimes Erect. Dysf. are a matter of a self fulfilling prophecy. Once you think you got'em, you find it hard to keep it hard, and you get very self-conscious about it. Your partner's patience is important, as well as your faith in yourself and in "the man" In sex, once you are self-conscious about being "there" or being "observed", you can loose touch with your body and it just won't work. For it to work, you have to "loosen" yourself in it and the other person.

Those symptoms could be indicative of multiple conditions (depression being very high up on the list). Testosterone levels may be easily measured in a blood test performed by your general practitioner.
It's not just diet. It's not just exercise. It's diet AND exercise.
