INGREDIENTS
crust
1 egg
1 tbs. psyllium husk
1 tbs. almond flour (ground almonds)
Mix those together then cook like a pancake. You could also add herbs and spices (I like garlic!)
top
1/2 tsp. pesto sauce
2 tbs. feta
2 sundried tomatoes (in oil)
1 mild italian sausage
After you put your toppings on.. Pop it in the oven until the cheese has started to turn a little brown. I like to bake myn at 425. The crust gets a little bit crispier but it still very much like soft dough.

no, the recipe needs more fiber so you can probably add another tbsp of the flour to substitute or use ground flax seeds maybe. walmart might have it or check a health food store or gnc, vitamin shoppe, etc. you want whole psyllium husks, not the powder.

so i just made this and it was really good. although i made it will psyllium powder instead of the husk (i didn't see that it called for the whole husk rather than the powder). I had to add just a little bit of water to it because it was way too thick. do they keep the whole husk in the same section of stores as the powder?
