Whatever food you like that fits into your macros/caloric needs.

    What are my personal favorites?

Ice cream is always a good bed time nibble

Cereal is always decent, post workout (at like 7ish) I had some recees puffs mixed with choc. PB muscle milk...that was tasty.

Pancakes! Buckwheat panckes are devine my friend, give them a try.

Theres a few ideas for ya!

well thats your body's source of fuel and energy, and since i'm usually doing homework and or sleeping i dont really need the energy, i eat enough carbs throughout the day for muscle growth and repair so late at night i stay away from em

perfect snack that i have pretty much every night in between dinner and my bedtime shake. 2 or 3 slices of deli-turkey, and roll up around a 2% string cheese.

I am lucky I absolutely love cottage cheese (even the fat free), I don't mix it with anything. Sometimes I have a WW pita with it if I am really hungry.

First thing have a big glass of water if you are hungry, it usually kicks a bit of the hunger so you don't need as much to fill up. Another alternative is a can of tuna - sometimes I mix in some mustard and hot sauce and wolf it down before bed.
    - EARN your rest.

almonds are always a good choice. i love cottage cheese personally but it is high in sodium and stores around here never carry any that are low in sodium.

No idea. I don't "snack". Everything i eat is a part of a meal.

Anywho, usually around that time i'll be having chicken & broccoli, or steak & broccoli, or an egg & spinach & mushroom omelette. Whatever i can be bothered cooking. However i train at night time so i usually have a ton of carbs along with that too. Usually sweet potato or brown rice.

    1. cottage cheese
    2. almonds or pb
    3. spinach
    4. carrots
    5. skim milk
    6. quaker rice cake (if i'm still hungry)

seems to be workin for me
I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is

    Peanut Butter and Milk
these are both slow release proteins that will keep you fed while you sleep plus the fat content will keep you full and put you to bed

no carbs bc of the time
