Black Hulk's MyShock and H-Cut HC stack.

    Weight: 262 lbs
    BF%: 15.4
I'll post update stats as soon as I find my myotape measure; or, I'll just buy a new one today.
I have decided to do a forum tracking my results with MyoShock and Hydroxy Cut HC. Since the H-Cut is a pretty good thermogenic and the MyoShock claims to activate heat shock protein synthesis, I figured that the results may be interesting.
I'll be pulsing both the H-Cut and M-Shock over the span of at least 4 weeks. Since I workout twice a day for six days, I will be taking 6 pills of H-CUT and 14 pills of M-SHOCK; however, I will only be taking these supplements 5 days per week. I'm not totally concerned about any adverse affects to my liver or digestive system because I did the same thing with LEUKIC and had no problems.
My diet will be fairly clean. I'll be recording in the forum my daily meals. Along with the stack, I will be taking 1 multivitamin pack and I will have at least 2 power jellos per day, which means 5g of extra creatine to the creatine already listed in the M-shock. On the weekends, 2 multivitamin packs.
    Let's get it poppin'...

    Post Day 1

    ARMS AM/PM
    AM:
    Preacher Curl 165|6/3/2
    Incline DB Curl 50|5/5/2
    Weighted Dips 60|8/4
    French Curl 105|12/6
    PM:
    BB Curl 155|8/4
    DB Preacher Curl 50|12/12
Pullover to CG Bench Press 150|6/6
    DB Tri Extension 45|12/12

    Diet:
    power jello
    3 H-CUT+7M-SHOCK
ham and cheese w/ lettuce and tomato on 12 grain
    bottle of muscle milk
    power jello
    3 H-CUT+7M-SHOCK
chicken korma with peas and basmati rice
    multivitamin pack

    Notes:
During the AM workout, I felt the pump on rep 1. It sorta concerned me because I thought my bicep was about to cramp up. My arms must've stayed tight for at least 1.5 hours after I finished the AM workout. Same effect occurred with the PM workout. I have nothing else to add.

Thanks. I'm going to be as committed as possible to this post for the next 4 weeks. Any questions/input you have would be a big help.

    Post Day #2

    LEGS AM/PM

    AM:
    Unilateral Leg Extension 90|15/15
    Front BB Squats 155|12/12
    BB Squats 330|7
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT
    1 shot (3tbsp) liquid BCAA
    Multivitamins
    1 granola bar
    1 shot liquid BCAA
    ham+2egg+cheese on 12 grain

I felt stronger than last week and that's with adding 20lbs on the front squat and 15lbs on the squat. I started to "think" during the squat, though, and stopped as 7, as my hips began to cramp from me thinking about the movement. I'll have to go up 10lbs on leg x, 20 on front squat, and 15 on squat next week for more of a challenge.
whey shake- water and 2 scoops
    power jello
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato on 12 grain with caesar salad
    power jello
    PM:
    SL Deadlift 405|8/2
    Unilateral Leg Curl 40|8/4
I was tired as hell for the evening; but, I still lifted more in volume from 2 weeks ago.

    Post Day 3

    AM:
    Weighted Wide Grip Pull-up 25|6/7/3/5/4/2
    Chicken Korma w/basmati rice
    power jello
    Chicken Korma w/basmati rice
Even though each set was to failure and the numbers show that I exerted as much energy as was available, I still felt like I could do more. I'm tempted to say that I should increase the weight next week; but, I should first exceed 10 reps on the first set.

    PM:
    Reverse Grip BB Row 275|10/4
    1 ARM T ROW 100|12/5
    power jello
    power jello
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
Even though I missed last week's back session, I still did more in volume than 2 weeks ago.

    Post Day 4

    AM:
    Incline BPress 305|10/5/3
    Incline DB Fly 80|10/7/4
    Push Ups 32/14
    chicken korma with boiled eggs
    Golden Crisp Cereal
    power jello
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
    10 sugar free cookies
1 shot liquid BCAA + multivitamins
    1/4 roast bf/ham/prosciutto sub
My AM workout was pretty good, considering the poor diet today and the fact my last chest workout was 2 weeks ago. I still executed more in volume than 2 weeks ago. I'm confident that 315 on an incline will be nothing next week.
    PM:
    Bench Press 325|10/8
    DB Fly 80|5/3
    Dips 60|8/2
    1 bottle vitamin water.
    1 shot liquid BCAA
    1/3c rissoto
    M-SHOCK + H-CUT STACK
    1/4 roast bf/ham/prosciutto sub
The fact that i was able to pull the evening numbers was phenomenal because I feel like crap right now. I have a head cold and I didn't get much sleep during the day.

    Post Day 5

I'm definitely feeling under the weather today; but the Myoshock kicked in.
    Diet was off.
    AM:
    Front Delt Raise 60|4/2
    Side Delt Raise 60|4/2
    Rear Delt Raise 60|4/2
    PM:
    BB Shrug 385|9/3
    Upright BB Row 135|12/6
    Unilateral DB Press 75|12/6
I should state that I haven't felt any type of mood swings, jitters, nothing. All I know is that I surprise myself when I'm lifting- and that's it.
I feel nothing afterwards except for longer than usual pump. I can even go straight to sleep if I want to.

    Post Day 8

    AM: ARMS
    10min. HIIT
    Preacher Curl 165|8/2
    Inner DB Inc. Curl 50|8/5
    French Curl 115|12/12
    Dips 60|12/9
    So far-
2eggs and 4 slices of ham on a bagel.
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
I started off my AM workout with 10 min. of cardio and still was able to accomplish more than last week with resistance.
    PM:
    10min. HIIT
    BB Curl 155|6
    DB Preacher 55|12
    Pullover Close-Grip Bench Press 160|8
    DB Tri Extension 50|8
    jerk chicken
grape juice with 1shot of liquid BCAA
beef w/brocoli and pork fried rice
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
I only did 1 set per exercise for my PM session because I felt a tinge in the bend of my elbow. I've felt it for 3 weeks now and tried to work past it. I'm hoping that doing only 1 set counts as giving it a break. Other than that issue, the workout was fine. I went up in reps for the 1st set with all except the bb curl.

    Post Day 9

    No workout at all today.
After the 2 HIIT sessions and 2 mile walk with my twin infants, I tried a HIIT session today and cramped up immediately. Needless to say, I have been neglecting my glutamine+BCAA power jello for recovery. I made a new batch and anticipate no problems in the future. I still took 2 servings of the stack today. But I'm missing my leg workout for this week. We'll see if my strength progression in that department continues next week.

    Post Day 11

    CHEST
    AM:
    10 min. HIIT
    Incline BB Bench Press 315|7/6
    Incline DB Fly 85|7/3
    Push Ups 43/21
    PM:
    Barbell Bench Press 335|6/8
    Dips 65|4/2
    BB Pullover 90|15/6
Both Chest workouts were ok, considering that my diet for this week has sucked. I didn't have the money to get more liquid BCAA and whey isolate until today. On Saturday, wifey and I will be able to go grocery shopping, which is wonderful because the freezer was bare except for some beef for stewing and neither of us know how to make stew. I switched up the PM workout to include pullovers because I felt like my joints were reaching an overload with the incline and definitely felt the same with the flat bb bench press- as seen with the fact that my second set had higher reps.
The M-SHOCK is apparently still helping me roll with the punches and I've noticed more conditioning with my physique overall in the past 2 weeks. I'm pulsing one more bottle for another 2 weeks before moving on to Cryotest.
    cereal
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
    barbacoa burrito from Chipotle
Whey isolate shake with liquid BCAA
    mac-n-cheese-dog
    M-SHOCK+H-CUT STACK
    Whey isolate shake
    mac-n-cheese-dog
Whey isolate shake with liquid BCAA
