I was just wondering would it be ok to eat dark meat when getting ready for a comp dark meat from chicken or turkey I know dark meat has more fat etc any thoughts

Depends how close to the day you where, like i prol wouldnt eat dark meat any where from 5-6 weeks out

Try to limit dark meat bro while you are dieting. Dont risk by eating the extra fats in dark meat.
