    lol I'm not really one to tell people to fk off. But, if people pretend to be your friend, for any reason at all, I'd just let them go. I've had those types of ''friends'' in my life before, and it's best to just let them go. I don't hold grudges, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But, if someone is trying to undermine your success, or whatever, it's time to move on. And by move on, I mean...don't talk to them anymore. If it helps you to visualize them being ''insignificant specs of dust,'' so be it.

    There's so many positive people in the world, who you can have healthy friendships/relationships with. Don't hold on to people who bring you down. Also ask yourself if you attract those types. Sometimes, without realizing it, we attract what we don't need in our lives.

    I was eating fast food a lot in the past 6-8 month, put on 10-15 kilos (around 30-40 pounds) of fat. I started knowing about the gym in 2012, but I always failed, but I learned to catch myself every time I get back on track, every time I start over again, I have more knowledge, more experience. Crazy how time flies by and you don't even know what the heck is going on... Anyways, this isn't a life story thread, been 5 days I'm waking up at 5 AM, working out, going to work, coming back, working on my YouTube channel, sleeping at 10-11 PM, my diet? Top notch actually, never been easier, completely fits my lifestyle, but I did all these changes at once, no fap, no porn, healthy food with lots of greens, exercising, cardio, lifting, got a new job, confidence growing, taking care of my body, hair, face, skin, etc. Never felt better I believe.. I know it's been only 5 days, but I will probably come back here, quote myself, and reply on 1/1/2020.
