White flood: New version Vs. Old version

I know that theres alot of threads on the new white flood by controlled labs, but i couldn't find a good comparison of the new vs. old formula. I know they switched around a few ingredients, like putting in citrulline over arginine and adding the beats, but are these changes for the good? I have the old white flood and i love it and i'm going to need to buy some more within the next week or so and they're selling the old ones for half the price of the new one. I don't really care about the 15 bucks, but would i be better off sticking with the old stuff?

I love the old formula, the only thing i could complain about is that i ordered the fruit punch and they gave me a fruit punch container that actually contained the lemonade flavor lol, i was thinking of telling them but i don't think it would do any good anyway.

pre workouts usually take 2 ish months to go through. you should weigh more than 150 at 5'10 after 2+ months dude..

Started at 128, and haven't weighed myself in almost 4 weeks, gotten bigger since my avi picture also, I update that stuff all once a month, At 4 months I had put on 23 lbs, not sure what I'm at currently though, but it's a few pounds more.

New version tastes way better, especially in watermelon, and the pump and extra strength it gave me amazed me. I'd give the old version a 7.5, and the new version a 9. Try it out yourself...

congratulations controlled labs. you took one of the best preworkout supplement and turned it into nothing. don waste your money in the new formula. the old one

you are wright. i dont have the knowledge and i dont claim that i do. i just judge from my results in the gym. and my results were minimum with the new formula.
