Info on BLUEPRINT:Anabolic Support Nutrient Partitioner Featuring Agmatine!
Blueprint? features the ingredient Agmatine. As a metabolic byproduct of Arginine, Agmatine goes beyond Arginine and works its wonders by stimulating the release of pituitary hormones such as Leutinizing Hormone (LH) and Growth Hormone (GH). Agmatine is an intermediate in polyamine biosynthesis.
Blueprint? also integrates R-ALA (r-alpha-lipoic-acid) with Agmatine because it is an antioxidant, and it is also a very effective supplement for anabolic and ergogenic effects.

Info on Me: Training Westside, with one off day for GPP work. I lift Mon - Tues - Thurs - Fri. Rotating the Max Effort exercises. Diet is basically "see-food" so to speak. I keep it clean for the most part, but if I'm craving 6 pancakes and a cheesesteak at 12PM, then so be it
GoalsThe goals for now, are to continue packing on size and strength, and hopefully reach my goal of at least 230 by the end of the year. I am hoping BLUEPRINT can help me in at least one of these two departments (strength or size).
Miscellaneous Info:I will try to post up some good lifting videos here or there so you guys can see how I perform many of the movements. If you have any questions on a certain exercise I use, why I use it ,etc... feel free to ask.
Before/After pictures WILL be provided...within the next day or so.
Any other information you guys would like to know, feel free to ask. I just wanted to get this log up because I just received my BLUEPRINT today and will start my dosing tomorrow morning upon waking, 30 mins before my first meal.
Today, being Tuesday, is DE Squats for me...so I'm going to lift in a little and then I'll post it up afterwards so you can get an idea of how things are done.
So let's...

Haha sorry, I'm not big on sending out PMs and stuff like that. I just hope that the regulars see the log and stop on by
Always appreciate the support bro, my training has recently been brought to a whole new level as of late. Very happy with the direction things are headed.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Great question
Mostly staples to be honest, the list looks this:
- IntraXcell
- IntrAbolic
- PreSurge
- Whey Protein
- Joint Support
- Bulk Leucine (only for certain shakes)
I used to go crazy with a supplement for everything, it just gets tiring being at school having to try and stay on top of everything. I ran out of fish oil and I've been VERY sporadic with my multi.
I just make sure to lift heavy and get in my protein...everything else is really just icing on the cake, and helps me be more efficient in various aspects.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

April 7th
DE - Squats
Box Squats [8'' box, 45 sec rest]- 135 x 5
- 10 x 2 @185
Dimmel Deads- 3 x 20 @ 135
- 2 x 12 @ 95
- BW x 10
- +35 x 10
Pulldown- x 12
Abs- 2 x Failure
The box was 2 aerobic steps (2'' each), and the bridge-connector thing (4'')..so the box was roughly 8''...and just BARELY high enough for me to still explode up with my hips. 185 is less than 50% of my 1RM max, but I wanted to keep it light enough to perform the box squats with less concentration on my quads, and more on my hips/glutes/hams.
Unfortunately, it's either this 8'' box or a bench which is like 14''. I need something in between, but I may have to wait till I build my own after school to do that.
The dimmel deadlifts were GREAT, felt like cardio/plyometric work...and will hopefully help strengthen my hips along with the box squats.
The lunges owned me...my glutes are fried. Using these with light weight to help build ankle stability, and as burnouts for my legs.
The pullups felt really strong, until I felt a *twinge* my right forearm and stopped there. Did one pulldown burnout set, since I stopped the pullups early.
Overall, FANTASTIC workout. I'm REALLY on top of my game lately with my diet and lifting. Later tonight will be a quick PM prehab session involving my blue rehab band for my upper/middle trap work, and some foam rolling.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Bought the recession whey from tp.com. Then some bulk flavors for it, it's not bad cause I have like 6 different flavors, but from now on I'm just gonna stick with XF/ATW/American Whey to be honest lol. Didn't save much money in the end.
Thanks RB.
Thanks man, good to have you followin along as usual. The 8'' box owned me, and the lunges were the nail in the coffin. Hurts everytime I sit down (no homo?)

Not sure what overlap of results there will be. Going off PreSurge means taking creatine out of the mix. Not sure what benefits BLUEPRINT will be offering that I may confuse? If I see numbers start shooting up, and BP is the only supplement introduced recently it will most likely be the culprit imo. You're initial strength gains from a pre-workout become consistent over time, so my numbers now are factored in with PreSurge, to take it out may effect the accuracy.
Thanks man, gonna be tough...but we'll see what I can do.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Thanks man, dedication is something I really pride myself on. So 230 or go home basically
I hope so man, I just don't feel like I have the size I want right now. Hopefully at around 230-240 I'll be much more thick/solid, cut probably to 215-220 and then bulk back up
Sounds good BC, glad to have you followin along man...I'm very curious to see how this pans out.
I'm very curious to see the various benefits of Agmatine, I've read quite a bit of promising literature on it on my own...the carry over to strength/size is what has me a bit skeptical though. Should be an interesting trip, for sure.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Yea, seems like an interesting product..I'm very curious to see how effective BLUEPRINT really is. I must admit I am a bit skeptical despite having read the positive feedback throughout the boards. I'm holding out until I experience things first hand.
Good good, nothing too crazy yet
Yeah, to be honest...the pump aspect of any product is not of any real significance to me. I know many others rank the "pump" high on the list of priorities, but I am more into focus, fullness, strength, size, etc.
The pump is merely temporary fun, and a false sense of size“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson
