I love giving and sharing and all that crap. But Christmas and New Year's can't be over soon enough for me.
It took me years to stop trying to help every down-on-his-luck bum, and buddy, and stray dog I found. Don't get me wrong- I'm far from a heartless bastard. But I feel like I've given more than I got back (karma), so for the most part now I just sympathize and move along.
Yeah.....maybe I am a bastard!! lol"Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

Heck, I'm with y'all!
I'm will make more time for myself, family and friends.
Somehow, I got sucked into playing Santa tomorrow at my little girls daycare.
They desperately needed a Santa and people figure that I just hangout all day. lol!
Well, I'm chalking this up as a type of 'experience'. It will be my little girl's first Sanata encounter, and performed by dad!Accelerative Nutraceuticals

Hands down my choice would be a 5x5 program.. bill starr I'll be back with a links..
http://stronglifts.com/madcow/5x5_Pr...Linear_5x5.htm (intermediate)
http://stronglifts.com/madcow/5x5_Pr...odized_5x5.htm (advanced)
http://www.joeskopec.com/five.html (5x5 Workout Generator (java))
There's an excel generator in this post .. I couldn't copy the link directly for some reason.. there's also alot of other good programs in the post.. but honestly I think madcow would be the place to start!

Christmas came early here!! We got a little blizzard going on!! Nice winds, lots of ice!! We are preparing the bikes for riding now!!
If you live some place that gets alot of snow this want look like much,, but it's not actually snow! It's rain, sleet, snow mixture which turns everything to ice! Really ****ing cool to ride on!!
It started easy ...
and hour later looked like this..
a few minutes later like this!!!

We made not make to riding today! It still hasn't stopped!! I've never seen this here! But at least it's snow now not a mixture.... still there's a sheet of ice under everything.. but we have our bikes out and ready to go at the first chance we get! LMAO!! There's a real good chance that we'll be damn drunk by the time it clears some!!
