haha. I think the weightloss is slowing down now. I told Shelby i didnt wasnt to be under 155, so he switched **** up, and ims tarting some high volume shenanigans devised by ChaosandPain soon, so ****ing hell, i will no longer be the nutt of 19George's jokes and i will weigh more than Grace, haha

cardio went good this morning... 4 mile laps increasing pace - broken down 1st mile @ 12:14 lap - 2nd mile @ 11:00 lap - 3rd mile @ 10:12 lap and the 4 th mile @ 9:16 lap.
Lifting went like ****.. I mean seriously it sucked ass,, IDK WTF went wrong.. It was just one of those days when nothing felt right and everything went wrong.. not worth logging but here it goes..

went to snatches next,, cause i was getting cranky now.. and some guy not paying attention bumps me as I start get about half way through a 30lb snatch and I knocked in the head with a DB..
I know at this point I should go home... but I'm stubborn so I figure just switch gears and maybe I can salvage something from this workout..
