Oh hey everybody!!! I'm to tired for anything except cliffs! so here it goes!
Went to Denver,, competed pulled off a 850ish total. It earned me a new coach. Went over plans,, reporting system ect..
Partied ass off ... raced in the mountains.. partied ass off.. drove home raced agin.. tired, sunburned and I'm excepted to train tomorrow. I'm tired.. I need sleep now.
I'll try and make some sense of this when I have time.. I have alot of work the next few weeks.. insane training .. no rest for the wicked I guess.

Gracie, sounds like to had a heluva a good time! New coach and all. 3 races coming up. Where do you ever find the time and energy!
It's nice to see you back. I hope you get to recoup a little in between that now very hectic schedule of yours.
How do you find the synergy between you and your new coach?Accelerative Nutraceuticals

MUSCLASPEED where else!!
I think it's great! I really believe he'll take me the next training level. For now I think I really need someone whose focused and keep me moving in the right direction.
I know what I want out of the powerlifting. I know that's going to be my first priority. It's the one thing I'm certain of,, however I'm very unfocused in everything else! Mainly because I'm not sure what I want out of the running and cycling anymore and it's very difficult to stay focused on these when I don't have clear goals in mind. Having a coach to help will keep me in line.
No rest I'm afraid.. I had a semi rest day yesterday.. I did a recovery run it was awful! I felt like a big fat duck waddling around campus! LOL Between the training, traveling and the two races my legs were a little stiff and very heavy feeling.. doesn't make for a good run. lol It helps speed recovery and gets the blood flowing but it can slow miserable whiling your doing it!

We still have about 2 weeks but since the oldest homeschools it means a **** load of work for me before his year starts! Not to mention my own studies which start in a week! August is always crazy for me.. it's when the best and hardest races are plus being thrown back into school, teacher and mom full time... it makes for a hectic month.
