Cheesey beef and veg
I'm pretty new to this whole Keto thing but I'm giving it a shot. Tell me what you think of this dish I made tonight.
6oz lean ground beef cooked as a patty in a skillet with salt and pepper.
1.5 oz asparagus chopped
1.5 oz onion chopped
1.5 oz bacon chopped
saute with .5 tbs butter and season with salt pepper and cilantro and basil.
poor vegies on top of chopped beef patty and add 1.5 oz of sredded sharp white chedder on top. Delicious!
