    How is this for bulking?

    Meal 1
    1 cup of Mult Grain Cereal
    1 cup of Milk
    2 scoops of Whey Protein
    Animal Pak

    Meal 2
    4 eggs
    1 cup of Milk

    Meal 3
    Can of Tuna
    1 cup of Milk

    Meal 4
    Rice
    Chicken Breast
    1 scoop of Whey
    2 Tbs of Creatine

    Meal 5
    Can of Tuna
    1 cup of Milk
    Banana
    1 scoop of Whey
    2 tbs of Creatine

    Meal 6
    3 oz of peanuts
    2 cups of milk

    Total Cals=3,154
    Fat=133 grams(39%)
    Carbs=183(24%)
    Protein=292(38%)

    I was trying to keep the cals in the lower 20s. You guys think this is enough?

    shift 10% of fats to carbs (add in veggies, fruits, whole grains)

    If it works for you then good luck with it. One thing I would change personally is the milk. 7 cups seems a lot and is the majority of your carbs. Id switch a few cups to oats, bread, pasta etc. to get your fiber up if your not taking any fiber supps while still keeping your carbs down.

    You are bulking...the whole point of bulking is to gain lean tissue...in order to gain lean tissue you need a ton of carbs.

    Well I'm not doing any cardio and I have tried a 30/30/30 split and it seems that it usb't working anymore. So I though I'd try a new apporach.

    I'd try a little lower fat and more complex carbs. And don't skip out on cardio, its good for u. I personally am bulking right now but I am a distance runner so my macros are about 60/20/20.

    292protein you're taking in way too much protein- if you can afford it, then by all means, but a lot of it will be wasted, guaranteed. you weigh 188, and that's not 100% muscle...

    30/30/30 does not equal 100, where is the other 10% of your cals coming from? must be a new macro
