you are the man. Amazing dedication and progress through the injury, and way to stay positive. Great motivation to everyone. I am really impressed man, great job... Also, I noticed you pull double overhand. I do too! Have you always done that? Pulling 645 double overhand is crazy!

So, how can you expect to improve your chest to grow it bigger and better than what it was before if you can't up the resistance to heavier and heavier weights/reps?

my chest was a really strong point for me and still is, no need to really get it bigger compared to everything else. I need a bigger back & legs before I need bigger chest

That's bad ass you recovered so well, those injuries look absolutely brutal. I have seen a few on here and they all look almost horrific. I'd always be paranoid working that muscle if that happened to me I think. You're the man!

It's great that you were able to stay motivated through the whole thing. I know I had a shoulder injury about 5 years ago, and I eventually just quit for 2 whole years. Granted, that time allowed it to heal, but I just gave up for the whole time, when I could have been improving my legs or even my arms.

I'm glad for your recovery and wish the best for you.
