i have a problem with my rotator cuff i think... I do some kind of move with the both of them that i feel like i move the bone in/out and i cant do DB's Bench press with serious weight... as i cannot also do Pullovers...
Will have to check out my shoulders with a Doc..

Layne im getting an MRI this week for my left pec. I praying it torn from the bone.
How does the chest feel now? In the gym does your chest feel the same on both sides? Symmetry wise I cant see any difference but can you?
I see your able to bench up to 75lb dumbbells and I was impressed when I heard that. But considering im a candidate of this same surgery I would like to hear of any problems you still have if any or any specific exercises (therapeutic advice) you feel may be important to me.
