How the hell are you able to over hand grip that much weight? I can do quite a bit with the cross grip, but over hand, anything over 350, I start to slip.

Layne im getting an MRI this week for my left pec. I praying it torn from the bone.

How does the chest feel now? In the gym does your chest feel the same on both sides? Symmetry wise I cant see any difference but can you?

I see your able to bench up to 75lb dumbbells and I was impressed when I heard that. But considering im a candidate of this same surgery I would like to hear of any problems you still have if any or any specific exercises (therapeutic advice) you feel may be important to me.

well my right one doesn't hurt, but it does feel different, I doubt it will ever feel the same. It doesn't hurt... just feels weird.

Therapy wise just be conservative... do not be super aggressive. Ask a lot of questions to your surgeon and get as much info as you can

Im very aware of that grip. It feels very uncomfortable, and my thumb feels like its going to pop out. Maybe it takes a lot of getting used to.
