    it's unbelievable how much veggies fill you up

    I just had a bowl of salad that couldn't have been more than maybe 25 grams of carbs and my stomach is about to explode. Yet I have like 140 grams of carbs from something like pizza and it doesn't even fill me up

    learning to love eating veggies = biggest key to dieting IMO
