    What are the pro's and con's about taking supplements?

    I heard that NO-Xplode is a good supplement. I also heard that its like a natural steroid. I would like to know more about this from other people who may have taken it and what the outcome may have been.

    Firstly dont ever Buy Muscle Tech or BSN.... U may not expect any kind of gains from No xplode.. it will give you an X energy that a caffeine pill could give you at a 1000% cheapest price

    neither of those things about xplode are true at all. all it is is a caffeine rush nothing more.

    I would say most pre-workout supplements are caffeine/sugar heavy - prefer a Red Bull and a Banana myself.

    Don't get me wrong I have used No-xplode and for a week was brilliant but after that - nothing.

    Over time you learn what is good to take and what is not.

    Problem with Muscletech what they claim there products do is basically not true to a large degree and they are expensive.

    A Red Bull and a banana have a lot more sugar than most preworkout supplements, which usually don't have much sugar at all.
