profile pic is me doing 255 for an easy set of 3. right after i hit 275x3 and it still felt pretty light. i think trap bar deads off a 4" box, snatch grip deads and lots of hip flexor stretching has really helped me come out of the hole.
is my depth/form acceptable?

Last week I did front squats 225 for 3 sets of 3. Most I've done was 245. I think I can do more, it might just be psychological.

275x3, completely forgot to block out on the third rep and struggled pretty hard; no leaning forward, though!
this is the first rep. depth acceptable? i know this competition is over but i like to post here for form check.

i do notice that my elbows have a tendency to drop, but the bar always feels as if it is comfortably racked on my delts; never have i had a problem with leaning forward/the bar slipping. maybe the angle and position of the lift exaggerates how dipped they look.
