    I dunno, I've never really been a fan of video since I don't have a camera myself.

    Also, I don't really think it matters, because if someone wanted to cheat they you could just put a much lower starting PR than they actually have...

    Well I don't have vids of my current PR, but if it ends in June....I should have be able to get vids up around that time for my new PR.

    Are we going full front squat or just parallel? I'm going full regardless because it's just the way I like to train.

    One thing is my squat day is thursday the 12th so is it ok if i post my max then? Haven't done front squats in a while so I want to push myself Thursday and find it.

    Did 250 back in September but haven't trained the lift that much since then. I'll go with that and see what I can improve on.

    guess I'll play, did 265 several months ago as a 94, now I compete as an 85 and haven't done a front squat in a while; doubt I'll actually do fronts in training as my back squat is on the rise now did 4x3r@275 the other day so I'm hoping that trend continues with 300-315 squats for reps in a little while, I'll probably just try a heavy single on fronts in 3 months and see what happens.

    Not sure that's the best idea... I'd work in some fronts for at least 2-3 weeks before trying a heavy single. Just to get the groove of the upright torso and all that jazz before pushing it

    well I am doing cleans 2x a week along with the back squats (can you sense a little david woodhouse haha), I've set aside one day to do 1-leg squats so I guess I could replace those with fronts for like 2 weeks before trying a max though

    Ah, OK as long as you're at least cleaning some! But yeah, doing the fronties instead of the 1-leggers for a couple weeks would condition you better to attempt a 1RM, that's for sure These aren't deadlifts, after all
